The entire Talamoni poperty was recently restored and merges into the beautiful seaside surroundings.

There are many places to visit and enjoy in the surrounding areas such as castles, medieval towns and beautiful cities, including Rome, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, the Tarocchi-Gardens, Siena and Florence.

For more active guests who want more than just perfect relaxation, there are many golf courses, as well as scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, kiting, trekking, horse riding and cycling. Various types of courses are offered in close proximity and can be booked.

The property has a concierge service that can organise optional extras such as guided diving and sailing tours, drivers, cooking classes, chefs, spa treatments and much more.

Arriving at Villa Talamoni: The closest main station is Fonteblanda/Talamone, where we will be able to meet you. The closest airports are Pisa, Florence and Rome, some 1 1/2 hours away. If you are arriving by car, we will send you driving instructions to Villa Talamoni or meet you at the harbour to take you up to the property.

Welcome groceries are provided upon arrival (including local bread, eggs, jam, butter, wine, prosecco, tea, coffee, sugar, water and fruit juice).

THE GARDENS

Talamoni was recently restored and merges into the beautiful seaside surroundings. Solar panels and biofuels heat the water, and rainwater is collected for the garden irrigation system, in the full respect of the ecological and green sustainability so important to our environment.

You will find numerous charming sunny and shady places in the 20 acre property. For those wanting some peace and quiet, there are plenty of quiet spots where one can sit and read, or simply absorb the view and one of the most beautiful places along the Tuscan shores.

Talamoni has two pools, one large approx. 10m x 5m and a small, approx. 5m x 3m pools.

The house is beautifully furnished, and the amenities include.
The equipment of the house is very tasteful and comfortable. Amenities include a satellite TV, telephone, Internet WIFI. Baby cots are available too.
